The facility which houses the PGE Giganty Mocy Exposition is located in the new building, belonging to the Municipal Cultural Centre, located in the centre of Bełchatów on Narutowicza Square, not far from T. Kościuszki Street, where the Bełchatów City Hall is located.

The building of PGE Giganty Mocy is accessed through two main entrances located on the side of Narutowicza Square and on Kaczyński Street. Geographical coordinates: N 51° 21' 59.669'' E 19° 22' 17.578''.
